   (LandingPage.css, owner_dashboard.css, staff_dashboard.css) had that
   block deleted and now consume the tokens defined here instead. Every
   `font-family: var(--font-mono)` usage across those files was re-homed to
   either --font-display (it was acting as an uppercase/label caption) or
   --font-numeric (it was showing a number/ID/time — stats, receipt
   numbers, table meta, chips, clocks, counts, prices), so --font-mono
   itself should have zero real usages outside this file.

   Sora renders visibly heavier/wider than Oswald at the same weight, so
   every heading that used to be Oswald 700 was stepped down to
   --fw-semibold (600) at its call site — see the per-rule comments in each
   stylesheet. Oswald 500/600 stays Sora 500/600 as-is.
